How soon can we get started together?

A kick-off is usually possible within a few days – we deliberately work without long lead times. After discussing your project in an initial consultation, we will put together the team and get started.

How much capacity does my team need to allocate?

That depends on the topic. In most cases, a project manager as the core role and an “owner” in management are sufficient. For workshops or interviews, we then involve additional roles in an application-oriented manner – this keeps the effort for you manageable.

What will I have at the end of the project?

Always a result that can be applied in everyday business, whether it's a roadmap, prototype, new routines, or a fact-based decision-making basis for a business model launch. No slideshows, just results you can use.

How do you ensure that we stay within budget?
