Good questions,
great answers

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our services and innovations. We are also happy to answer your questions directly – book a free initial consultation now.

How long does a typical business model innovation project take?

Strategic projects usually take between 8 and 16 weeks – from the search space to validated models to a roadmap ready for decision-making to roll-out. Compact workshops offer a quick start and rapid progress.

Who should be involved in your company?

Senior management and division managers are key drivers. Depending on the size of the company, a core team is supplemented by strategy, sales/product management, HR, and technology. Without top management involvement, business model innovation remains ineffective.

What do you end up with in concrete terms?

A strategic roadmap with prioritized options, validated business models with market data, and structures for scaling and rollout. The result: readiness to make decisions on investments or stop/go decisions.

How do you ensure that we can make fact-based decisions?

We work with hypotheses, test designs, and clear KPI sets. Risks, opportunities, and ROI scenarios become transparent, enabling management to make robust decisions.

How do you use AI in this process?

We use AI pragmatically: for idea generation, market and data analysis, and validation. At the same time, we examine, which new business models are currently opening up thanks to AI technologies – from data-based services to platform approaches.

What happens if an idea fails?

Then you gain data, clarity, and save resources. An early “no” is cheaper and more valuable than a late market failure. That, too, is a measurable result.
